Job summary

PENTA LASER MIDDLE EAST FZE is seeking a Sales Professional to drive revenue for laser machinery and related equipment in the UAE and GCC market. You will focus strictly on sales, not services, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of laser machinery sales experience, deep knowledge of laser/CNC equipment, and fluency in Arabic is a plus. The role is on-site in Sharjah with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in foreign trade in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the Middle East.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in laser cutting machinery, CNC machines.
• Knowledge of laser cutting, CNC machines, or industrial automation is a must.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.
• Clear goals, market analysis and judgment, strong execution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans based on the company's sales targets to ensure achievement of work results and performance
• Participate in industry exhibitions in the Middle East to promote the company's products, identify potential customers, and explore promising new projects to ensure stable and growing business volume
• Provide comprehensive sales service, including answering customer inquiries, processing quotations and follow-up requests, contract signing, payment collection, and customer relationship maintenance
• Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments internally and maintain a positive company image externally
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Important Requirement: This position is strictly for Sales. We are not hiring Service Engineers for this role.

Candidates must have prior sales experience with laser machinery, laser cutting machines, or related laser equipment. Candidates without relevant laser industry experience will not be considered.
