Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in production/app/data platform support.
• L2/L3 support experience in enterprise environments.
• Power BI PBIX development and reporting troubleshooting.
• Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory pipelines, monitoring.
• Banking/Financial Services experience mandatory; market risk knowledge.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for banking and market risk apps.
• Monitor environments and proactively identify issues.
• Investigate and resolve incidents in data platforms.
• Support Azure Data Factory and Databricks workloads.
• Troubleshoot Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with dev, QA, infra and business teams.
• Ensure SLAs and change management compliance.
• Create runbooks and incident reports.
