Job summary

We Search is seeking an L2/L3 support engineer in Abu Dhabi to cover Core and Angular-based applications. You will investigate production issues, optimize data performance, and engage with DevOps and architectural teams to implement fixes.

Experience with microservices, Kafka messaging, and CQRS is valuable, along with strong English communication. Banking domain exposure is a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience providing L2/L3 support for Core and Angular-based apps.
• Familiar with Azure analytics for logs, metrics, and RCA.
• Hands-on with microservices, messaging (Kafka), and CQRS patterns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support Core and Angular-based applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to application logic data performance and integrations.
• Support microservices-based systems including Kafka message flows.
• Analyze logs and metrics using azure analytics to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with architects developers and DevOps teams on issue resolution and fixes.
• Communicate effective with stakeholders during incident handling and RCA.
• Prior banking applications experience is a plus
