Job summary

Personio in Dubai seeks a Project Director to drive successful delivery of high-profile events and shape the ME business plan. You’ll partner with leadership to ensure operational excellence and growth for the Event Production unit, focusing on the Middle East and scalable leadership across regions.

You will translate business aims into concrete initiatives, lead project delivery, manage budgets, and strengthen client relationships while working with other Directors to align strategies and

Qualifications

• Extensive turnkey project management experience in events.
• Hands-on AV/land fit-out installations knowledge.
• Ability to manage large budgets and complex contracts.
• Strong UAE/KSA networks and senior stakeholder skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, direction, and leadership for the project management team.
• Translate business plans into actionable initiatives for the ME region.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with other Project Directors for alignment of strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards; drive profitability.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and subcontractor network.
