Job summary

Ghobash Group in Dubai seeks an experienced engineer for its Production Print Solutions division. You will operate and maintain finishing machines (INTEC and others), and provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing equipment.

You will deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and set up, install and configure production print devices at customer sites according to their specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines.
• Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines such as cutting binding and packaging machines.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Set up install and configure production print devices at customer sites in line with customer specifications
• Diagnose complex issues related to print quality hardware and software integration and provide effective resolutions.

Qualifications :

• A degree in mechanical engineering business administration marketing or a related field is an added advantage.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines like INTEC and other finishing machines.
• Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.

Skills & Professional Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office desired.
