About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Press Computer Graphic Designer to join our production team. You will be responsible for preparing print-ready files, managing color workflows, and ensuring the highest quality output for all print jobs. This is a critical role that bridges the gap between creative design and the printing press.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process print-ready artwork files for offset, digital, and large format printing
• Perform pre-flight checks on incoming files to ensure they meet press specifications
• Handle color separation, trapping, imposition, and plate-making processes
• Collaborate with designers and clients to resolve file issues before production
• Maintain color consistency across jobs using CMYK, Pantone, and spot color workflows
• Operate RIP software and manage job queues for production efficiency
• Conduct quality checks on proofs and ensure accuracy before final print runs

Requirements

• Printing press experience required (2-5 years minimum)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Knowledge of pre-press processes, color separation, and print-ready file preparation
• Understanding of CMYK, Pantone, and spot color workflows
