Job summary

Ghobash Group in Dubai seeks an experienced engineer for its Production Print Solutions division. You will operate and maintain finishing machines (INTEC and others), and provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing equipment.

You will deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and set up, install and configure production print devices at customer sites according to their specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, marketing or related field.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of post-printing finishing machines.
• Ability to provide initial technical support and resolve simple machine-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and understand finishing machines such as INTEC ROWE and other industry-standard equipment.
• Provide technical advice to potential customers on post-printing finishing machines.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Set up, install and configure production print devices at customer sites per specifications.
• Diagnose issues related to print quality, hardware and software integration and provide resolutions.
