Position Summary

K4 Group is looking for an expert Production Manager - Marble to run and optimize our specialized in-house stone processing operations. Given that natural stone and marble are central to K4’s signature turnkey villa projects, you will oversee everything from raw block slabbing to precision cutting and book-matched installations, ensuring absolute perfection for our luxury clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory Operations Leadership: Manage daily factory floor operations, including bridge cutting, 5-axis CNC routing, waterjet cutting, profile shaping, and edge polishing.
• Bespoke Villa Execution: Oversee slab inspection, veining alignment, dry-lay sessions for consultant/client sign-off, and quality control for villa flooring, feature walls, and custom stone vanities.
• Production Planning & Yield Optimization: Translate project shop drawings into high-efficiency cutting lists, minimizing material waste and hitting tight site delivery deadlines.
• Quality & Safety Enforcement: Enforce rigorous quality thresholds regarding stone thickness tolerances, resin treatment, gloss finishes, and joint alignment.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with Project Directors and site installation teams to guarantee smooth, on-time delivery of stone packages.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of UAE experience managing a specialized marble and natural stone processing factory servicing luxury interior fit-out contracts.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of operating advanced Italian/European machinery (5-axis CNC, waterjet systems) and expert familiarity with rare marbles, quartzites, and onyx.
• Education: Engineering Degree/Diploma (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent extensive technical background in stone manufacturing.
• Logistics & Inventory: Proven track record in raw material sourcing (blocks/slabs), stock management, and factory health & safety standards.
