Job summary

K4 Group is seeking an expert Production Manager - Marble to oversee in-house stone processing from block slabbing to edge finishing. You will manage the factory floor, ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery for luxury villa projects.

Strong UAE experience and mastery of 5-axis CNC and waterjet systems are required. The role demands engineering background with hands-on operation knowledge and cross-department coordination with project directors and installation teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years UAE experience in marble/natural stone processing
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Italian/European machinery
• Experience with raw material sourcing, stock management, and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead daily factory operations for marble processing including cutting, profiling, and polishing
• Oversee slab inspection, veining alignment, dry-lay sign-offs, and quality control for installations
• Translate project drawings into efficient cutting lists to minimize waste and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with project directors and site teams to ensure on-time stone package delivery
