Job summary

MIRAL.LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site stone installation for luxury residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Site Foreman with extensive UAE marble and natural stone experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain, interpreting shop drawings, coordinating with contractors, and enforcing safety standards on high-profile Dubai schemes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE.
• Experience working for a specialised Marble / Stone company.
• Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure.
• Good working knowledge of English for daily site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily site installation of marble, travertine, and large-format porcelain (dry cladding, wet methodology, floors, walls, and bespoke features)
• Ensure top-tier craftsmanship: precise jointing, alignment, book-matching, cutting, and finishing/polishing
• Read and accurately interpret architectural shop drawings, stone layout plans, and cut-lists
• Manage site workers and subcontractors, enforcing strict project timelines and safety/HSE standards
• Coordinate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and project engineers on site

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience as a Site Foreman specializing in stonework in the UAE
• Previous experience working directly for a specialised Marble / Stone company
• Deep technical knowledge of natural stone (marble, travertine) and porcelain handling, dry/wet fixing techniques, and chemical treatments
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage site teams under pressure
• Good working knowledge of English (required for daily site coordination)
