Job summary

GM STONE in Dubai is seeking a Marble Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at marble installation and finishing sites. This full-time, on-site role coordinates work schedules, supervises installation teams, and ensures that all work conforms to technical specifications and quality standards.

The supervisor will monitor site safety, manage materials and equipment, and communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers, providing progress updates and documenting site

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction or stone installation sites, ideally marble/natural stone.
• Strong knowledge of marble cutting, handling, installation methods and finishing standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts and project specifications.
• Proficiency coordinating teams, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Understanding of safety practices and Dubai regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Basic project management including planning, scheduling and site reporting.
• Problem-solving for on-site challenges, defects and unexpected conditions.
• Experience in international/multicultural work environments is an advantage.
• Construction/civil engineering qualification preferred.

They communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and suppliers, providing progress updates and resolving issues that arise on site. The Marble Site Supervisor also documents work completed, reports site conditions, and supports continuous improvement in processes and workmanship.
