Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee marble, granite, stone and tile installation works on site.

You will allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure works adhere to approved drawings and strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or construction-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of marble, granite, stone, or tile installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of marble fixing methods, finishing, polishing, and quality standards.
• Ability to read construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience managing installation teams on commercial, residential, hotel, or high-rise projects.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise marble, granite, stone and tile installation activities on site and allocate daily work assignments.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure works follow approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Consultants and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools and equipment for project milestones and material deliveries.
• Inspect materials before installation and ensure proper alignment, leveling and finishes.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks; report incidents promptly.
• Maintain records of material usage, site progress and inspections.

Site Supervision

• ExecutionSupervise marble granite stone and tile installation activities at site allocate daily work assignments and monitor workforce productivity ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards check site readiness before commencing marble installation works monitor cutting polishing fixing grouting and finishing activities.
• Planning CoordinationCoordinate with Project Engineers Site Engineers Consultants and subcontractors Plan manpower materials tools and equipment requirements for smooth execution Monitor daily work progress and ensure achievement of project milestones Coordinate material deliveries and storage at site.
• Quality ControlInspect marble and stone materials before installation Ensure proper alignment leveling joint spacing patterns and finishes Identify and rectify installation defects and quality issues Ensure compliance with project quality standards and client requirements.
• Safety ComplianceEnsure all workers follow company HSE policies and site safety regulations Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices Report safety incidents hazards and near misses promptly.
• Material ManagementMonitor material consumption and minimize wastage Verify quantities received and installed Maintain records of material usage and stock requirements.
• Documentation ReportingPrepare daily progress reports and manpower reports Report site issues delays and material requirements to management Maintain records of completed works and inspections.
