Job summary

Caliberly is seeking an experienced Senior Production Lead to guide and grow the production team in Dubai. You will oversee event planning, lighting, sound, AV, and staging, delivering flawless on-site execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will develop production schedules and budgets, allocate resources, and collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure quality and compliance across multiple concurrent events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production or a similar field.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional production teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical production elements: lighting, sound, AV, staging, rigging.
• Excellent project management skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership and communication to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
