Job summary

Cartrack in Dubai is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver training programs for external clients across Asia markets. You will assess learning needs and deliver sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, onsite and online.

The role requires 3+ years in L&D, a Business degree, and strong presentation skills. You will develop user guides, support onboarding, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 3 years in learning and development or training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Identify internal and external training needs and develop training programs.
• Design and deliver training to external clients across markets (SG and HK) as needed.
• Conduct training sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Provide weekly classroom and onsite/online training to external clients.
• Update Product User Guides in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Support onboarding staff with internal product training across countries.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to identify further training needs.

• Identify internal and external training needs, develop training programs, assess understanding and conduct refresher sessions as needed
• Designing and executing quality training to external clients across different markets (SG and HK) as needed
• Ability to conduct training sessions in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Provide weekly classroom training and onsite/online training to external clients
• Maintain effective communication with customers to establish further training needs
• Gather feedback on customers and propose solutions to gaps
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials and processes as appropriate
• Assist in creating and updating of Product User Guides in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Conduct internal product training sessions for onboarding staff across various countries
