Job summary

Cartrack Technologies LLC seeks a proactive Training Specialist to identify internal and external training needs, design comprehensive programs, and deliver weekly classroom and remote sessions to clients worldwide.

The role requires fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong presentation skills and outstanding academic or industry experience. You will also create user guides and train onboarding staff across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Identify internal and external training needs.
• Develop training programs and refresher sessions.
• Deliver weekly classroom training and onsite/online training to external clients.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to establish further training needs.
• Gather feedback and propose solutions to gaps.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and modify materials and processes as appropriate.
• Assist in creating and updating Product User Guides in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Conduct internal product training sessions for onboarding staff across various countries.
