Job summary

CytoSorbents Corporation seeks an experienced Product Specialist to strengthen its presence in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on Cardiac Surgery and Critical Care units. The role requires strong medical background, UAE market experience, and a proven ability to grow hospital accounts and educate clinical staff.

The candidate will build relationships with surgeons, intensivists, and hospital decision makers, provide clinical support, and lead trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices or hospital sector within UAE.
• Knowledge of Cardiac Surgery and/or Intensive Care.
• Active involvement in UAE healthcare market and hospital relationships.
• Ability to communicate with surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, nurses and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand existing hospital accounts; identify new business.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams and hospital management.
• Provide clinical and product-related support in hospitals; assist product evaluations.
• Conduct presentations, trainings and workshops for healthcare professionals.
• Identify market opportunities and drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Represent the company at medical congresses and events.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Specialist to strengthen our presence in the United Arab Emirates, with a particular focus on Cardiac Surgery and Critical Care / Intensive Care Units. The ideal candidate combines a strong medical or clinical background with first commercial experience in the healthcare sector and an established understanding of the UAE hospital environment.

Your Profile

• Professional experience within the medical device, cardiac surgery, critical care and hospital sector withing the UAE
• Strong knowledge and existing experience in Cardiac Surgery and/or Intensive Care
• Already actively working within the UAE healthcare market
• Established relationships with hospitals, physicians and clinical stakeholders
• Strong clinical understanding with the ability to communicate with surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, nurses and hospital decision makers
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on developing business and growing existing accounts
• Hands-on mentality – proactive, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership
• Highly flexible and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid driving license

Your Responsibilities

• Developing existing hospital accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Building sustainable relationships with physicians, clinical teams, hospital management and other key stakeholders
• Providing clinical and product related support directly in hospitals
• Supporting product evaluations, clinical applications and customer education
• Conducting presentations, trainings and workshops for healthcare professionals
• Identifying market opportunities and implementing activities to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Representing the company at congresses, workshops and relevant medical events
