Job summary

CytoSorbents Corporation is seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist MEA to support the Middle East and Africa region. You will collaborate with physicians, perfusionists, nurses, distributors and commercial teams to provide clinical support, education and product training across MEA.

The role requires regular international travel and a strong clinical background in critical care, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal therapies.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in perfusion, nursing or ICU nursing.
• Strong understanding of intensive care, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal therapies.
• Experience in MedTech or clinical application support.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• Confident working with physicians, perfusionists and nurses.
• Independent, structured, hands-on working style.
• Strong intercultural skills; willing to work across MEA countries.
• High willingness to travel internationally within MEA.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and medical support to hospitals, healthcare professionals and distribution partners across the MEA region
• Support product implementation and clinical use in hospitals
• Conduct product and therapy trainings for physicians, perfusionists, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Provide on-site clinical support during treatments, procedures and product introductions
• Support distributor teams with clinical education and product knowledge
• Organize and conduct workshops, hands-on trainings and educational activities
• Support congresses, scientific meetings and regional medical education events
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support regional business development
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key clinical stakeholders
• Collect and communicate clinical feedback and market insights internally
• Ensure professional, compliant and scientifically accurate communication regarding CytoSorbents therapies and products

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Specialist MEA to support our growing activities across the Middle East and Africa region. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, perfusionists, nurses, distributors and commercial teams to provide clinical support, education and product training across different countries within the MEA region. The position requires regular international travel and a strong clinical understanding of critical care, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal therapies.

Key Responsibilities

What we are looking for

• Clinical background as a Perfusionist, Nurse, ICU Nurse.
• Strong understanding of intensive care, cardiac surgery and/or extracorporeal therapies
• Previous experience in MedTech, medical devices or clinical application support is required
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
• Confidence working with physicians, perfusionists, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Independent, structured and hands-on working style
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to work across different countries and healthcare environments
• High willingness to travel internationally within the Middle East and Africa region
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Based in the UAE
