Job summary

Bybit is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to own the engagement platform strategy and roadmap, covering Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging. You will drive a centralized calendar, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Marketing.

You will lead data-driven personalization, including send-time optimization and audience segmentation, to enhance user engagement from Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in platform or engagement products.
• Strong understanding of Push Notifications, Email, SMS, and In-App Messaging.
• Experience with data products: segmentation, attribution, and AB testing.
• Experience with governance, workflow management, and permissions systems.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Data.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration of the engagement platform.
• Establish a centralized communication calendar to improve visibility and reduce overlap.
• Build user preference and consent management for differentiated outreach.
• Design governance mechanisms for company-wide communications.
• Lead cross-channel features including dashboards, messaging engines, and journey orchestration.
• Drive AI-powered personalization like send-time optimization and segmentation.
• Coordinate resources across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Establish a measurement framework for engagement and drive optimization.
