Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the company-wide user engagement platform, covering Push, In-App Messaging, Email and SMS. You will centralize communications, manage user preferences and consent, and govern cross-channel engagement while coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance and Marketing.

You will drive analytics, personalization, and multichannel optimization to improve user experience at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with platform products, CRM, notification platforms, growth platforms, or user engagement products.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and iteration of the engagement platform across Push, In-App Messaging, Email and SMS.
Establish a centralized communication calendar to improve visibility and reduce overlapping outreach.
Build user preference, consent management and regionalization features for personalized communication.
Design and optimize company-wide user engagement governance mechanisms.
Lead product direction for engagement platform with dashboards, event-driven messaging, journey orchestration and cross-channel controls.
Drive AI-powered personalization, including send-time optimization, personalized content, and audience segmentation.
Coordinate cross-functional resources across Operations, Engineering, Data, Compliance and other stakeholders to enable cross-channel collaboration.
Establish a measurement framework for engagement effectiveness and use data insights for continuous optimization.
