Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Product Manager for Personal Finance in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on product management, development, and aligning with the product strategy while coordinating with IT and Digital teams to deliver new PF features and campaigns.

The candidate will assist in setting objectives, tracking channel performance, and ensuring processes are in place to achieve KPIs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Understanding market dynamics including demographic factors and competitor products.
• Knowledge of digital channels and digital Personal Finance offerings.
• In-depth understanding of credit policies and application processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Head in setting channel objectives and tracking performance.
• Assist in launching new PF product variants campaigns and sales boosters.
• Develop product strategy by conducting competitive scans and market analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital teams for feature development and UATs.
• Manage product performance against set targets and KPIs.
• Update SOPs/Policy manuals and ensure regulatory compliance.
