Finance House in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Product Manager – Consumer Products responsible for end-to-end development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of consumer financial products including cards, loans, instalments, balance transfers, and related services.

You will lead product strategy, research, roadmaps, launches, and lifecycle management, collaborating with Risk, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure commercially viable, customer-focused,

Qualificações

• 10–12 years of progressive product management experience in banking, fintech, or payments.
• Proven track record launching consumer lending and card products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and pricing strategies.
• Experience with UAE financial regulations and card schemes preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute product strategies for consumer cards, loans and instalment plans.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Risk, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Legal.
• Define pricing, eligibility criteria and customer value propositions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive growth, profitability and retention.
