Job summary

Bybit is evolving from a leading crypto exchange into a next-generation global financial platform. We are seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead Bybit’s global product vision—combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI-driven transformation to build a scalable, intelligent financial platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, or digital tech products.
• Experience leading both product and growth functions with product-led growth.
• Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations.
• Deep understanding of trading systems and digital asset markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex, multi-product platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; able to work with founders.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global product strategy across trading, payments, card, earn, wealth, and institutional products.
• Build a cohesive product ecosystem with a unified user experience.
• Own and scale the growth product function across global markets.
• Design and implement product-led growth leveraging data and experimentation.
• Drive AI adoption across products and internal processes, including tools and journeys.
• Identify and lead innovation opportunities across centralized and on-chain ecosystems.
• Lead and scale a global product organization, including managers and operations.
• Translate business vision into roadmaps, prioritization, and execution plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver compliant products.
• Optimize product performance through data-driven decision-making and iteration.
