Job summary

Gargash Prime Auto is seeking a Product Expert to lead demonstrations, show vehicles, and train the sales team on features, specifications and competitive positioning. You will present the entire vehicle range, conduct tailored demonstrations at showroom, pop-ups and events, and ensure customers leave with confidence in operation and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive product specialist, product genius, or senior sales role.
• Manufacturer product certification and experience supporting new model launches preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert level knowledge of the full model range, including specifications, trim levels, powertrain and electrification, technology, safety systems, options and pricing.
• Monitor competitor models, launches and pricing, and maintain up-to-date comparison material that supports the sales team in live conversations.

Job description

The Product Expert is the recognized product and technology authority for the business, responsible for presenting and demonstrating the vehicle range to customers and for building product capability within the sales team. The role delivers tailored presentations, demonstrations and test drives in the showroom and at pop-ups and events, conducts product familiarization at handover, and trains sales consultants on features, specifications and competitor positioning. The role elevates the customer experience through expertise rather than carrying direct closing responsibility, while working in close support of the sales team's targets.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Knowledge & Market Expertise

• Maintain expert level knowledge of the full model range, including specifications, trim levels, powertrain and electrification, technology, safety systems, options and pricing.
• Monitor competitor models, launches and pricing, and maintain up to date comparison material that supports the sales team in live conversations.
• Keep current with brand, technology and regulatory developments relevant to the UAE market.

Customer Presentation & Demonstration

• Deliver tailored product presentations, static demonstrations and test drives that match the customer's needs, usage and priorities.
• Explain vehicle technology, connectivity and driver assistance features clearly to customers of varying technical confidence.
• Conduct product familiarization at vehicle handover so that customers leave confident in the operation of their vehicle.
• Train and coach sales consultants on product features, unique selling points, competitor comparisons and objection handling.
• Deliver regular product briefings and structured training for new model introductions and specification changes.
• Produce quick reference product guides, feature sheets and comparison tools for use in the showroom and at events.

Events & Brand Activation Support

• Act as the product authority at launches, mall pop-ups, brand activations and customer events, engaging visitors and generating qualified interest for the sales team.
• Support marketing with accurate product content for digital, social and printed material, and review collateral for technical accuracy.
• Support media, influencer and corporate client engagements with expert product briefings and demonstrations.

Feedback & Reporting

• Capture and report customer feedback on product, specification, pricing and competitor activity to management.
• Highlight recurring product questions or concerns so that sales messaging, training and stock specification can be adjusted.
• Provide input to the buying plan on specifications and features that resonate with the local market.
• Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilize sound judgment in decision making.
• Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an automotive product specialist, product genius, or senior sales role.
• Manufacturer product certification and experience supporting new model launches are highly preferred.
