Job summary

ARCA Technology Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing, RFQs, and delivery across local and international suppliers.

Responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials while leveraging Odoo ERP. The role requires strong supplier management, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Engineering, Production and Logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in local and international procurement.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Purchase/Procurement and Inventory modules.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• CIPS or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Understanding of manufacturing procurement, sourcing raw materials and components.

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from RFQ to delivery.

• Coordinate import procurement, international suppliers, shipping, logistics and customs.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation through Odoo ERP.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement cycle from RFQ RFP supplier evaluation negotiation purchase order and delivery Develop and implement effective local and international procurement strategies Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally Negotiate pricing payment terms lead times contracts and delivery schedules Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement expenditure Manage import procurement international suppliers shipping logistics and customs coordination Ensure timely availability of materials components equipment and services Prepare and evaluate quotations commercial comparisons and purchase orders Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation through Odoo ERP Use Odoo Procurement Purchase Inventory and related modules to monitor purchasing activities supplier orders stock requirements and deliveries Coordinate closely with Finance Engineering Production Quality Logistics and Operations Monitor procurement KPIs budgets lead times and supplier performance Develop and maintain procurement policies procedures and internal controls Lead and supervise the procurement team

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in local and international procurement.Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly the Purchase/Procurement and Inventory modules.Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills.Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, commercial evaluations, and supplier qualification.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet tight deadlines.CIPS or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.Understanding of manufacturing procurement including sourcing of raw materials, mechanical components, electrical/electronic components, equipment, and services from UAE and international markets.
