Job Description / Role:

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist based in Dubai to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage both technical and non-technical skills to support timely sourcing, contract negotiation, inventory optimization, and risk mitigation within our fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement process from requisition through purchase order issuance to delivery receipt
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure optimal value and cost savings
• Develop and implement purchasing and inventory plans to meet project timelines and budget targets
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient stock movement
• Perform cost analysis and vendor performance reviews to inform strategic sourcing decisions
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports using ERP systems
• Monitor supply chain risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies

Experience Required:
