Job summary

The role requires close collaboration with warehouse logistics and internal accounts teams to maintain precise purchasing records and build strong vendor relationships while negotiating favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Previous background in purchasing or procurement functions preferred; immediate availability to start is highly desirable.
• MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; strong negotiation and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and manage vendor communications; build commercial relationships.
• Request quotes, conduct cost comparisons, and draft Purchase Orders.
• Track active orders to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.
• Maintain organized inventory and purchasing documentation for audits and reporting.
• Assist with contract negotiations and monitor vendor performance.
