ALEC Holdings is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on supplier sourcing, competitive pricing, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment within a fast-paced trading and construction environment.

You will work with a cross-functional team to deliver procurement excellence, coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, and support commercial initiatives across projects in the UAE.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, commercial coordination, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and trading market.
• Experience dealing with local suppliers is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer and Sales Team enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Source products locally and internationally and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up on quotation status.
• Maintain enquiry, quotation, and supplier sourcing history for future reference.
• Process confirmed customer POs and coordinate with suppliers for order fulfilment.
• Maintain proper PO and order status records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for collections and customer deliveries.
• Prepare Delivery Notes and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

About Your Team

Our Procurement team is dedicated to delivering the right products at the right time and cost. By collaborating closely with customers, suppliers, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics teams, we ensure seamless sourcing, order fulfilment, and service excellence while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Your Role

As a Procurement Officer, you will

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, commercial coordination, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and trading market.
• Experience dealing with local suppliers is essential.
• International sourcing experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in industrial products, construction materials, MEP supplies, hardware, tools, or general trading is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
