Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement for complex FM categories: MEP, HVAC, elevators, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, consumables, and subcontracted services
  • Build and manage vendor framework agreements with performance-based renewals
  • Develop and enforce procurement SOPs, vendor KPIs, and contract SLAs
  • Manage the entire tendering lifecycle (RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization)
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or compliance
  • Mentor junior buyers; contribute to onboarding and training documentation
  • Align procurement with FM asset strategy, budget cycles, and stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and Modon internal policies
  • Support audits, budgeting, and procurement performance reporting
