10–15 years in procurement (preferably UAE-based), with mandatory experience in FM operations
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Management
- CIPS Certification (Mandatory); PMP and ISO training (Preferred)

- Strong knowledge of UAE procurement law, HSE, sustainability, and local FM compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for complex FM categories: MEP, HVAC, elevators, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, consumables, and subcontracted services
- Build and manage vendor framework agreements with performance-based renewals
- Develop and enforce procurement SOPs, vendor KPIs, and contract SLAs
- Manage the entire tendering lifecycle (RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract finalization)
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or compliance
- Mentor junior buyers; contribute to onboarding and training documentation
- Align procurement with FM asset strategy, budget cycles, and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and Modon internal policies
- Support audits, budgeting, and procurement performance reporting
