Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a procurement professional to manage project-based and operational procurement across equipment, materials, and technical services required for deployment and operations.

You will handle supplier sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, PO management, contract reviews, and logistics coordination, ensuring budgets and internal procedures are followed. UAE-based, immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or project sourcing.
• Experience in construction, equipment, technical materials or project procurement is an advantage.
• Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, commercial evaluation and PO management skills.
• Good understanding of delivery coordination, supplier lead times and cost control.
• Practical, organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions and RFQs.
• Source equipment, components, construction materials, electrical and MEP supplies, tools, spare parts and installation services.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate contract reviews.
• Verify commercial terms and ensure procurement follows budgets and internal procedures.
• Coordinate specifications, samples, production progress, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor procurement expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities; evaluate supplier risks.
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement trackers and PO records; report project purchasing status.
