• Ability to manage documents and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in landscaping, construction, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Previous internship or experience in procurement is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations for landscaping and construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Compare supplier quotations, pricing, and payment terms to support purchasing decisions.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders, tender documents, and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding quotations, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, contracts, and procurement records.
• Assist in reviewing tender submissions and preparing documentation for evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm project material requirements and specifications.
• Help ensure that procured materials meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
