Job summary

Raytheon Emirates is seeking a motivated Procurement Intern to support the Supply Chain team in Abu Dhabi. You will gain hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and compliance with company policies.

The internship involves reviewing requirements, preparing RFQs/tenders, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and market research to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 4.0/5.0.
• Official university letter must be submitted with the CV.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities, including reviewing requirements, preparing RFQs/tenders, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Conduct market research, source suppliers, obtain and evaluate quotations, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Assist with supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, negotiations, and ensuring compliance with quality and procurement requirements.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, deadlines, and procurement activities while maintaining accurate reports and records.
• Support compliance with Raytheon procurement policies, FAR, and import/export requirements.
