Zusammenfassung

Parker Connect in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Lead to design and execute procurement strategies for landscaping, horticulture, nursery, or agriculture projects. You will manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

You will lead the procurement team, ensure contract compliance, monitor POs and deliveries, and collaborate with Projects, Operations, Finance, and Accounts to ensure timely material

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and approval requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports covering costs, savings, supplier performance and procurement efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, preferably within landscaping, horticulture, nursery or agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of softscape materials and plant procurement
• Good network of UAE nurseries and plant suppliers.
• Experience in sourcing local and imported plants is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong cost management and commercial acumen
• Experience in contract management and procurement planning
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in ERP/Procurement systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits and supplier interactions.
