Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials and suppliers, source and develop new vendors, and oversee RFQs, negotiations and contracts.

You will coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Finance to ensure timely material availability, monitor supplier performance and market trends, verify invoices, and support monthly procurement reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or metal industry.
• Experience in raw material procurement and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials and suppliers.
• Source evaluate and develop new suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Handle RFQs, commercial evaluations, price negotiations, contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules and resolve supply-related issues.
• Track market trends, commodity prices (LME) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Verify supplier invoices, coordinate payments and support monthly procurement reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
