Job summary

Parisima Talent is seeking a proactive Procurement Engineer (HVAC) in Dubai to manage the sourcing, procurement and subcontracting of HVAC materials, equipment and services for ongoing projects. You will lead vendor management, negotiate commercial terms, evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs, bid analyses and purchase orders while ensuring quality, cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably HVAC/MEP.
• Experience sourcing HVAC equipment, materials, and subcontracting services.

• Vendor management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of HVAC materials, equipment, and subcontracting services for projects.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer (HVAC) to manage the sourcing, procurement, and subcontracting of HVAC materials, equipment, and services. • Coordinate with engineering, project, and estimation teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications, budgets, and company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract compliance.
• Prepare purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and procurement documentation.
• Resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to project sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the HVAC or MEP industry.
• Strong experience in sourcing HVAC equipment, materials, and subcontracting services.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems and related technical specifications.
• Strong vendor management, supplier evaluation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in preparing RFQs, bid evaluations, comparison sheets, and purchase orders.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC procurement experience within HVAC or MEP contracting companies.
• Established network of HVAC suppliers and subcontractors.
