Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support interior fit-out projects through sourcing finishes, FF&E, and joinery items.

You will obtain and compare vendor quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and coordinate with design and site teams to confirm specifications before ordering, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years UAE/GCC experience in procurement within interior fit-out.
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes and FF&E sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking tools.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering or a related field.
