Maseera in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement, contract negotiation and logistics, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing of materials and services while upholding quality and compliance. You will develop departmental objectives, implement strategic procurement, and drive supplier performance.

Report to the Chief Financial Officer and guide contractors and vendors through complex contract processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing and regional vendor relations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Chartered Procurement Manager is a plus.
• Project Management is a plus.

• Manage the development of departmental objectives, policies and procedures pertaining to procurement.
• Create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within industry.
• Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Manage the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage the Procurement function ensuring that all procurement activities are completed in a timely manner and that all contracts are drafted in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws.
• Oversee the enlisting and retention of suppliers that provide high quality products and services at competitive prices while maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct.
• Lead negotiations with vendors/suppliers on project procurement contracts; remain up to date on the latest procurement practices and trends.
