Job summary

Raqmiyat is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to analyse, redesign and improve business processes for our clients. The role focuses on BPM, BPR, Lean, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled process improvement to simplify workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

You will lead process mapping, performance measurement, and workshops with process owners, define KPIs, develop business cases, and support digital transformation initiatives across services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in BPM, BPR, or Lean.
• Experience with process mapping, redesign, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analytics, automation, RPA, digital transformation, or AI-enabled process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign As-Is and To-Be processes using BPM, BPR, Lean.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplication, and unnecessary steps to improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis, benchmarking, and performance measurement.
• Lead process mapping and redesign workshops with owners and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, digitalisation, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Develop business cases, benefits, risks, and prioritised implementation plans.
• Define KPIs, baselines, and measure outcomes and benefits.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports on progress.
• Support government service improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and redesign As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPM, BPR, Lean, and process improvement methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplication, unnecessary steps, manual activities, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis, process benchmarking, and performance measurement to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead process mapping and redesign workshops with process owners and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, digitalisation, and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Develop business cases and improvement proposals, including expected benefits, risks, and implementation priorities.
• Define process KPIs, establish baselines, and measure improvement outcomes and realised benefits.
• Manage assigned process improvement initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, actions, and benefits.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports on process performance and improvement progress.
• Support government service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BPM, BPR, process improvement, Lean, or operational excellence.
• Strong experience in process mapping, process redesign, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Process Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with data/business analytics, automation, RPA, digital transformation, or AI-enabled process improvement is preferred.
