Job summary

ParamInfo in Dubai seeks a Process and Service Improvement Specialist to enhance business processes and services using BPM, BPR, Lean, analytics, automation and AI. You will work with process owners to reduce time, cost and manual work, delivering measurable operational improvements in line with government frameworks.

Minimum 5 years in BPM/BPR and process mapping, with expertise in automation, analytics and stakeholder collaboration, to drive end-to-end improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, analytics or information systems field.
• Minimum 5 years in BPM/BPR, process mapping and redesign, Lean or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Apply BPM/BPR/Lean across the company and support government process frameworks.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Map end-to-end processes with As-Is and To-Be models, identify bottlenecks and non-value steps.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to validate findings and agree on actions.
• Identify automation, digitalization, RPA and AI use cases for improvement.
• Prepare business cases, dashboards and management reports on benefits and risks.
• Document processes, roles, controls and performance indicators.
