ROLE SUMMARY
The Process Excellence & Change Lead owns a portfolio of processes end-to-end: process discovery and mapping, root-cause analysis, future-state design, Lean / Six Sigma improvement, SOP and operating-model changes, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communication and training coordination, adoption measurement, post-implementation monitoring and benefits realisation. The role combines process engineering and change leadership so that every redesign is adopted and its value evidenced, moving each process through V1 baseline, V2 transformation and V3 final with continuous improvement.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To deliver measured, adopted improvement across an assigned portfolio of processes spanning journey phases and facilities: discovering and redesigning them with BPMN 2.0 and Lean / Six Sigma, embedding them across facilities with change-management discipline, and proving the value realised. Success is measured by process adherence and evidenced benefit.
Process Discovery & Analysis: Map and assess current-state processes using BPMN 2.0, working with process owners and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, variation, waste and root causes of performance gaps.
Process Improvement & Future-State Design: Design improved future-state processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, develop supporting SOPs, controls, KPIs and SLAs, and define required changes to roles, accountabilities and ways of working.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Readiness: Partner with facility leadership, process owners and frontline teams to assess the operational impact of process changes and ensure organisational readiness for implementation.
Change Communication, Training & Adoption: Coordinate change communications and role-based training, including train-the-trainer activities, and monitor adoption to ensure sustained adherence to redesigned processes.
Performance Monitoring & Benefits Realisation: Monitor post-implementation performance, address KPI exceptions with process owners and support the rollout of successful improvements across facilities. Track and demonstrate measurable capacity, cost, productivity and revenue benefits.
