Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise process redesign across functions in Abu Dhabi. You will move beyond mapping to deliver real operational change by translating improved operating models into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

The role requires strong quantitative, analytical skills and a track record of delivering measurable cost, productivity, or cycle-time improvements within large, regulated enterprise environments.

Qualifications

Job description

This role will lead the redesign of enterprise processes before technology, automation and AI are applied. You will work across business functions to remove unnecessary work, simplify complex processes and translate improved operating models into solutions that can be implemented by Product and Engineering teams. This is not a traditional PMO or process-documentation role. The successful candidate must have delivered measurable operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess existing processes using data such as volume, effort, cost, cycle time and rework.
• Map current workflows, approvals, controls and handoffs.
• Identify unnecessary processes, administrative activities and approval layers.
• Redesign processes and target operating models.
• Determine which activities should be eliminated, simplified, moved to self-service, automated or supported by AI.
• Quantify the expected operational and financial benefits.
• Translate redesigned processes into clear Product and Engineering requirements.
• Define operational KPIs and measure results following implementation.
• Partner with functional specialists across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and IT.
• Constructively challenge existing processes and senior stakeholders.

About You:

• 8+ years of experience in process, operational or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience redesigning processes across complex business functions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, productivity, capacity or cycle time.
• Experience taking process redesign through to implementation.
• Able to translate business processes into practical technology and automation requirements.
• Strong stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working with both senior leadership and technical delivery teams.
• Experience within government, regulated industries or large enterprise environments would be advantageous.
