Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to provide expert support for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects, with emphasis on FEED and review of engineering deliverables.

You will lead process design activities, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, manage engineering changes, and ensure quality, schedule alignment, and compliance across the Project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Process Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in senior Process Engineering role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in GCC.
• Experience with EPC/Engineering/PMC firms in UAE.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to provide senior process engineering expertise for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects, with particular focus on FEED and other engineering deliverables review, process design, technical studies, engineering coordination, multidisciplinary interfaces and project execution requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide senior process engineering expertise for Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects.
• Review FEED and other engineering deliverables to ensure technical quality and compliance.
• Support process design activities and technical studies.
• Coordinate process engineering deliverables with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines and multidisciplinary Project stakeholders.
• Support effective engineering alignment, interfaces, reviews and coordination throughout the Project phase.
• Undertake and deliver responsibilities appropriate to the discipline and Project phase.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality, documentation, schedule and compliance.
• Support Project objectives related to engineering results and scope.
• Manage engineering changes and optimization activities.
• Perform constructability assessments.
• Support reporting requirements and timely resolution of issues.
• Provide technical coordination and support for multidisciplinary engineering interfaces.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the role as assigned by the Engineering Manager.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior Process Engineering position.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and Marine Onshore projects in the GCC.
• Experience with reputable EPC and/or Engineering and/or PMC companies in the UAE.
• Strong process engineering design and technical review capability.
• Strong capability in management of engineering changes and optimization.
• Strong understanding of constructability and multidisciplinary interfaces.
