Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Process Engineer to support the design, engineering, optimization and execution of oil & gas and energy projects in the UAE. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient and compliant solutions across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing PFDs/P&IDs, performing calculations, sizing equipment, and contributing to safety studies and engineering documentation. Experience in ADNOC/UAE projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Process Engineers with 5–10 years of experience.
• Expertise in PFDs and P&IDs, process calculations and equipment sizing.
• Experience with HAZOP/HAZID and safety studies.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support the design, engineering, optimization and execution of oil & gas and energy projects. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, project, construction and operations teams to deliver safe, efficient and technically compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs and process design documentation.
• Perform process calculations, equipment sizing and hydraulic calculations.
• Develop process specifications and technical reports.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and vendor documentation.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL and other safety studies.
• Support engineering design reviews and technical meetings.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and civil engineering teams.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards and HSE requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of process and operational issues.
