Job summary

Event Lab in Dubai is looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to join our team. The role blends new business development with bid and tender management, focusing on government and corporate procurement.

You will identify, qualify, and convert opportunities while coordinating tender submissions and supporting documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of sales, business development, inside sales, or bid/tender coordination.
• Experience with government or corporate e-procurement portals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client engagement confidence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industries and market segments.
• Proactively engage prospective clients through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, networking.
• Qualify inbound enquiries, identify client requirements, and assess potential opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, coordinating with internal teams for timely responses.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from outreach to negotiation and conversion.
• Negotiate and close sales within approved pricing and guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover from sales to delivery.
• Track tender submissions, outcomes, and deadlines; maintain CRM records.
