Qualifications

• Required: proven experience as Personal/Private PA or EA to a senior executive.
• Experience supporting a hedge fund, wealth manager, or UHNW individual is highly desirable.
• Excellent diary management, travel planning and discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employer’s diary across business and personal commitments.
• Plan and coordinate international travel and complex itineraries.
• Handle personal finances, invoices, bills, and expense records for the employer.
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
