Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC is seeking a Category Manager to own a private label/white label space across categories, with a focus on fresh produce, perishable, and grocery. The role is a high-ownership leadership position, interfacing with vendor management, selection, pricing, in-stock, legal and tech teams to shape long-term strategy in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Marketing.
• Experience with FMCG, retail, or client/vendor environments.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• 5+ years in FMCG category development, product development, or brand management.
• Experience launching and commercializing new categories or brands.

Responsibilities

• Build category strategies in private/white label across fresh produce, perishable and grocery.
• Identify and evaluate new category opportunities aligned with quick commerce growth.
• Develop category roadmaps, P&L models, pricing strategies, and GTM plans.
• Lead end-to-end new product development and commercialization through stage-gate processes.
• Monitor market dynamics and translate insights into category interventions.
• Manage external partners, co-manufacturers, suppliers, and research agencies.
• Track revenue, profitability, market share, launch performance and ROI.
