Talabat is seeking a Regional Category Manager - Private Label in Dubai to drive growth and optimize profitability for private label products. This strategic role will manage supplier relationships, execute product launches, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand positioning across regional markets.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in category management, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Arabic is a plus!

Job Overview

The Regional Category Manager - Private Label is a strategic hiring opportunity focused on leading private label growth within a fast-scaling q-commerce ecosystem in Dubai, UAE. The role drives category expansion, supplier strategy, and product development while optimizing sales, profitability, and brand positioning across multiple regional markets.

This position plays a pivotal role in building and scaling private label portfolios across multiple countries, directly impacting revenue growth, supplier networks, and brand development by aligning commercial strategies with customer demand and operational efficiency.

Salary range: AED 22,000–32,000 per month (estimated).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage private label portfolio performance across the region, including sales, availability, and profitability
