Job summary

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Private Banking support professional to assist Relationship Managers and clients. The role handles basic banking product requests, documentation, and coordination with Operations and other departments to fulfill client instructions.

You will ensure compliance with KYC, due diligence and governance standards while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. This position emphasizes client service and teamwork within the Private Banking unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years banking experience, preferably in a customer care/service environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Basic Banking products and services and related operational processes.
• Good understanding of Compliance, Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering acts and standard banking procedures.
• Diligent with attention to detail, customer-service attitude and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality client coverage, portfolio reviews and tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute client coverage and reviews against priorities.
• Review information for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve issues and elevate exceptions.
