Job summary

Emirates Islamic, a leading UAE Islamic bank, is seeking a customer‑focused team member to support Relationship Managers in Private Banking. You will handle Basic Banking requests and manage client accounts and documentation under RM supervision.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree and 1–2 years of banking experience, with attention to detail, compliance awareness, and a professional customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years banking experience preferred in customer care/service.
• Advanced knowledge of Basic Banking products and processes.
• Good understanding of Compliance, Due Diligence and AML procedures.
• Diligent with attention to detail and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and execute basic banking transactions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance to support RMs.
• Apply checks and controls per bank policies under RM supervision.
• Communicate with clients on minor operational matters.
• Ensure client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Prepare basic documentation and maintain client records.
• Ensure complete information is provided before submission.
• Assist senior team members as required.
