Job summary

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Service Advisor to deliver exceptional service in our Dubai branch. You will handle branch banking transactions, resolve customer queries, promote retail products, and ensure strict compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, focusing on accuracy, AML/KYC adherence, and building long-term relationships while contributing to branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, or branch operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle branch-based banking transactions accurately.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Promote accounts, cards, deposits, loans and insurance solutions.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and self-service channels.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Support branch sales and service targets through customer engagement.
• Ensure AML, KYC and internal controls are followed.
• Maintain documentation and compliance for all transactions.
