Job summary

Emirates Islamic in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Wealth Management clients. You will execute callback procedures, explain key product features and risks, and ensure transactions comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with Relationship Managers, you will help implement and improve operational controls, maintain thorough records for audits, and address customer inquiries promptly to achieve a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
• 2+ years in financial services with exposure to investment and takaful products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute mandatory customer callback procedures for Wealth Management products.
• Explain product features, terms and risks to customers prior to transaction confirmation.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements and control frameworks.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of customer interactions while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Address customer queries promptly and coordinate with Relationship Managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Escalate issues and take ownership of customer concerns through to resolution.
